Last Updated: October 9, 2026
Welcome to Kajillion Press! We specialize in creative apparel, custom designs, stickers, decals, personalized merchandise, and other unique products.
By accessing our website at www.kajillionpress.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable store policies.
Please review these terms before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility to Purchase
Customers must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.
We currently accept orders from locations supported by our checkout and shipping services. Certain products or destinations may be restricted.
2. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, including descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing, and specifications.
However:
- Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, printing methods, and materials.
- Minor variations in placement, dimensions, and appearance may occur during production.
- Product availability and materials may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities.
These variations do not excuse products that are materially different from their descriptions or defective.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal.
- Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.
- Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or included in a custom-order quote.
- Custom-order pricing may vary depending on design complexity, materials, quantities, and production requirements.
- Additional design revisions or changes may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before the work is performed.
If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund of amounts paid for the canceled items, subject to applicable law.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate business reasons, including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
- Inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
- Product or material unavailability.
- Inability to fulfill a requested design or production requirement.
- Requests involving unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward our staff.
If Kajillion Press cancels an order before fulfillment, we will refund amounts paid for products or services not provided. Any fees for design services already performed will be handled according to the agreed custom-order terms and applicable law.
Customers may request cancellation of catalog orders before shipment, provided fulfillment has not progressed beyond the point where cancellation is possible.
Custom-order cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Catalog Items
In-stock catalog products generally ship within 3 business days after payment is received.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require artwork creation, approval, and production.
Shipping arrangements and estimated completion dates will be discussed during the ordering process. We strive to ship custom orders within 7 business days following final artwork approval.
Complex designs, specialty materials, and larger orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping estimates do not include carrier transit time.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed upon.
Additional details are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Custom Orders and Artwork Approval
Custom products are created according to customer-provided instructions and approved artwork.
Customers are responsible for reviewing final designs before approving production, including:
- Spelling and wording.
- Colors and design elements.
- Placement and layout.
- Product sizes, quantities, and specifications.
Production will not begin until required artwork approval is received.
Once approval is given and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Additional revisions after final approval may incur additional fees and extend production timelines.
Kajillion Press is responsible for producing items that materially conform to the approved design and agreed specifications.
7. Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers retain all applicable ownership and intellectual property rights to original artwork, photographs, logos, and designs they submit.
By submitting materials, customers grant Kajillion Press a nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, and modify those materials as requested for the purpose of fulfilling current and future orders.
Customers confirm that they own or have obtained the necessary permissions to use and reproduce submitted materials.
We reserve the right to decline projects involving suspected copyright or trademark infringement, unlawful content, or materials we reasonably determine we cannot reproduce.
8. Paid Design Services and Ownership
When a customer pays a design fee for original artwork created by Kajillion Press, the customer will receive ownership of the final approved design, including transferable copyright interests owned by Kajillion Press, upon full payment and completion of a written copyright assignment signed by Kajillion Press.
Once ownership has transferred, customers may reproduce, modify, or use the final design with other providers, subject to applicable third-party licensing restrictions.
Preliminary Artwork and Working Files
Ownership transfers apply only to the final approved design.
Preliminary concepts, unused sketches, templates, production files, and editable source files remain the property of Kajillion Press unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Editable source files are not automatically included and may be available for an additional fee.
Third-Party Materials
Fonts, stock images, licensed graphics, trademarks, and other third-party elements remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing restrictions.
Kajillion Press cannot transfer intellectual property rights it does not own.
9. Artwork Retention and Repeat Orders
Kajillion Press retains digital copies of customer-submitted and completed artwork to facilitate repeat orders, maintain production consistency, and provide customer support.
Customers grant Kajillion Press a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store and reproduce these designs for those purposes.
Customer-owned artwork will not be sold, licensed to unrelated third parties, or reproduced for other customers without authorization.
We will not use customer-owned artwork for advertising, promotional materials, or public product listings without permission.
Requests involving stored personal information or artwork may be submitted to kajillionpress@gmail.com and will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
10. Design Fees
Design fees compensate Kajillion Press for creative services, including artwork creation, modification, and customization.
- Design fees become nonrefundable once design work has begun, except where required by law.
- If a project is canceled before design work begins, prepaid design fees may be eligible for a refund.
- Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- Payment of a design fee does not automatically transfer ownership of unfinished concepts or preliminary artwork.
Ownership of the final approved design transfers only after full payment and completion of the applicable written copyright assignment.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible, non-custom catalog products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns must generally be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once production begins.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items will be reviewed for appropriate replacement or refund.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies required by applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original website content, including photographs, graphics, text, branding, product descriptions, and Kajillion Press-owned designs, belongs to Kajillion Press or its respective licensors.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Kajillion Press-owned content without authorization.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
This restriction does not apply to customer-owned designs or designs for which ownership has been transferred under a separate written agreement.
13. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale, bulk, and business orders may be available by special arrangement.
Pricing, minimum quantities, production schedules, payment requirements, and shipping terms will be established through an individual quote or agreement.
Custom wholesale orders may require deposits or advance payment.
Any special terms agreed upon in writing will govern the applicable order if they differ from these general terms.
14. Customer Conduct
We expect customers and staff to communicate respectfully and professionally.
We reserve the right to decline future business or discontinue nonessential communications in response to threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.
Such decisions will not eliminate our obligation to fulfill accepted orders, provide applicable refunds, or comply with consumer protection laws.
15. Events Beyond Our Control
Kajillion Press is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters or severe weather.
- Shipping carrier disruptions.
- Supply chain shortages.
- Equipment failures.
- Power or internet outages.
- Government restrictions or other extraordinary events.
When significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers and provide appropriate options consistent with applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kajillion Press will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protection rights.
17. Product Care and Use
Customers should follow any care instructions provided with their purchases.
Printed apparel, decals, stickers, and personalized merchandise may require specific handling to preserve appearance and durability.
Normal wear, improper washing, exposure to excessive heat, improper application, or misuse may affect product longevity.
Kajillion Press is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow supplied care instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
18. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is collected, used, and protected according to our Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, and information may be shared with service providers as necessary to fulfill orders.
For privacy questions, contact kajillionpress@gmail.com.
19. Disputes and Governing Law
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a formal dispute so we have an opportunity to address their concerns.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue requirements of applicable law.
Nothing in these terms prevents customers from exercising legally protected rights or remedies.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our products, business practices, services, or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of previously accepted orders unless permitted by law and agreed upon where required.
