Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers retain all applicable ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights to original artwork, photographs, logos, and designs they submit to Kajillion Press.
By submitting artwork, customers authorize Kajillion Press to store, reproduce, and modify those materials as requested for the purpose of fulfilling current and future orders.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to use submitted materials.
Custom Designs Created by Kajillion Press
When a customer pays a design fee for original artwork created by Kajillion Press, the customer will receive ownership of the final approved design, including transferable copyright interests held by Kajillion Press, upon full payment and completion of a written copyright assignment signed by Kajillion Press.
Customers may use, reproduce, modify, or have their completed designs reproduced by other providers, subject to applicable third-party licensing restrictions.

Preliminary sketches, unused concepts, templates, production files, and other working materials remain the property of Kajillion Press unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Editable source files are not automatically included and may be available for an additional fee.
Third-Party Materials
Fonts, stock graphics, licensed images, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain subject to their original ownership and licensing restrictions.
Kajillion Press cannot transfer rights it does not own.
Artwork Storage and Future Orders
Kajillion Press retains digital copies of customer-submitted and completed artwork to facilitate future repeat orders, maintain production consistency, and provide customer support.
Customers grant Kajillion Press a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store and reproduce their designs for these purposes.
Customer-owned designs will not be sold, licensed to unrelated third parties, or reproduced for other customers without authorization.

- If an order is canceled before design work begins, prepaid design fees may be eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork before production.
- Additional revisions after approval may incur additional charges.
- Ownership of eligible final artwork transfers only after full payment and completion of the applicable written copyright assignment.
Additional details are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable custom-order agreements.
