At Kajillion Press, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made apparel and products. Because each item is made to order, please review the following shipping policy carefully before making your purchase.

Order Processing & Handling Time

All of our products are custom printed and made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and handling before your item ships. This time allows us to ensure your item meets our quality standards.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard shipping methods. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping is currently only via standard shipping. If Expedited shipping is required please use the site char feature and it will be calculated on a case to case basis.

Please note: Shipping time does not include order handling time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays & Exceptions

Kajillion Press is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
