At Kajillion Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help—within the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for return.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at kajillionpress@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kajillion Press is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
